Kaiser and Windows Vista or Windows 7

Vista has some limitations that will prevent Kaiser from operating properly.

Such as not allowing the Custom Personal Pictures

Here is what you need to do.

right-click on the Kaiser shortcut icon thats on the desktop, click Properties then and click the Advanced button

Check the box  for “Run as administrator”
